5. I'd support a special tax...

...to fund the construction of a prison just for Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and the rest of the PNAC thugs. Then again, upon further consideration - just mix them in with the rest of the general population.

7. Send them to Abu Ghraib

Or Gitmo. Or Kazakhstan, or wherever the hell we are shipping prisoners to be tortured by other repressive governments as our proxies. This administration is always telling us that Abu Ghraib and Gitmo are just swell and nothing really bad ever happened there --- so I say ship them there to get a little Abu Ghraib prison hospitality.
