Air America. Al Franken / Juan Cole

JC: 10-15 years at least of violence in Iraq. From one side, US troops invite resistance. From the other side, that's TGC obligation to prevent local violence. Also, heavy damage for local population and infrastucture.

State Dep takes JC's lectures warmly. Iraqi policy is done in ad hoc way, from day to day.
