Since apparently Bush knows exactly who is the LEAKER
then he could have save this country a whole lot of time and money two years ago and just told the truth from the beginning. However, Bush refuses to be honest with the American people, while he sits back and watches the lives destroyed of former staff and supportive media personalities. What kind of leader is this? One who let's everyone else take the heat for his mistakes?

20. Hey, we voted him out. Twice.

They own the voting machines. And the only people who own pitchforks are generally on their side.

My only hope is that these folks are utter fuckups and are bound to shoot themselves in the foot someday badly enough to make them stumble right off the cliff they are standing on.

3. He does it because he can.
If as a country we would stop assuming the ostrich position and learn about what is going on we would take to the streets and put a stop to it.

11. Yes,
outing Valerie Plame came from the top. Bush and Cheney were both involved.

The big question for me is why was this woman so important to the WH, that she was the subject of multiple meetings and phone calls? Before Wilson even wrote his first article?

21. yes--she was important because
she was in a position to blow their whole scam out of the water and all over the front pages. They had to discredit her first, before she got the chance.

The MO never changes with these bozos. Good is endlessly various, while evil is boringly similar.

and barney's cat box. What more could you ask of such a simple man?
Suffering people makes him happy and pickles told him to not be sad.

9. Oh no, he's taken "responsibility" for everything.........
haven't you heard? Yep, he's taken responsibility for the government's failures during the Hurricane fiasco, failures in the Iraq war, failures for our ever increasing national debt, failures for the CIA leak....he's the "responsibility president"! :eyes:
Actually, he's taken responsibility for nothing. If he REALLY wanted to take responsibility for all of these failures, he'd resign. THAT would be actively "taking responsibility". Merely saying the words doesn't mean jack-shit.

Do you REALLY want to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, georgie? Then RESIGN!

stop obstructing justice !!!

This has gone far enough.
We are tired of the deceptions.
The White House needs to stop lying
and surrender to the rule of law.

12. When it comes out, its time to repeat what happend 8 years ago
Play that lying bastard saying how he will fire the leaker and how he was going to bring honor and integrity back to the WH. Play it over and over again with his remarks about how he doesnt know who the leaker is, etc.

Play it non stop.

Maybe we can get a "Ken Starr" (sorry for that analogy) to investigate it.......oh wait we already have a special prosecuter hot on his trail.

Karl is next to go.

Ken Starr had never prosecuted a case in his life before Whitewater.

17. Everyone forgets (or pretends to forget) that as the Great Leader,
Bush IS above the law. It isn't that he "can't" be held accountable; it is that he WON'T be held accountable.

Everyone talks and acts as if we were still living under the old American government - ordered by the Constitution and managed by the rule of law. Those days are gone forever. This is the new American Empire; the game has changed, but all of the Great Leader's enemies are still trying to play the old game. I am sure he and his cronies get a big kick out of all these little people running around, screaming and shaking their fists in total impotence. All of those indicted at any level and on any charges that the Great Leader chooses will be pardoned - and no one will say anything (at least not effectively).

Within a few years of the Reichstag fire the German government had been totally transformed, but many Germans had not realized it; they were soon brought up to speed. In the US it is the same scenario; when will we come to grips with the new reality? After the '06 elections when the Republicans sweep the contests? After the '08 elections when the hand-picked successor to the Great Leader is "elected"? What will it take?
