If Bush knows who the leaker is, and he didn't take it directly to Fitz
Could that be considered obstruction of justice?

3. Since he's already been interviewed about it, I would say so.
But he can't be indicted. At least that's what precedent says.

5. But this is different than any precedent
I would think there would be a way to indict him (at least I hope they'd try).

7. Actually, there is no precedent from any court on that
The only precedent is an opinion written by the White House Counsel during Nixon's administration.

That would be Robert Bork who wrote it.

No decision from any court in the land so there is no precedent.

also, he may have lied to a federal officer.

6. And didn't he say publicly that he welcomed the investigation because
he wanted to find out who the leaker was? Could have saved a lot of time and money right then and there by telling the truth.

9. Not to mention ...
that he went on the TV, promising to find the Leaker. "I want to know who Leaked".

Then, he un-arguably Lied and Mislead not only the American People, but the Justice Department, that he openly mocked on national television.

Cheers
Drifter

12. yeah, but he didn't wag his finger, so it's ok
although he might still be in trouble if he got a blowjob from the leaker....

10. I don't know if I trust Novak and this comment he made about Bush.
For months he didn't say much about the investigation, only a couple of articles in the Chicago Tribune. Now all of a sudden he lets out this nugget about Bush knowing who his sources were. Is he (along with the republican machine) up to something? What gives?

15. Unfortunately,
"because Bob Novak says so" isn't particularly strong evidence in and of itself.
