Just on Faux News Banner: Iraqi who saved Jessica Lynch votes today!
Have they no shame? Is that news? Is that in any way important?

1. I thought it was a fabrication
Did that really happen or is recycled propaganda?

2. No, the original story -- that she was saved by Americans from evil
torturers -- was the fabrication. She actually was helped by Iraqis, who treated her well.

Nevertheless, the use of her name here is pure propaganda.

4. So they are going to trot Jessica Lynch's name out again to try
to bolster their egos. They have absolutely no shame at all. Unfortunately, the real story of her rescue didn't receive nearly as much coverage as the propaganda version first put out by the Bush administration. So now they will use the truth to make points without telling you that the first accounts of her rescue were false. Shame, shame, shame on them.

5. Well that's nice. I'm so glad he can, but
hundreds of thousands here will be disenfranchised by our own government (here meaning GA).
Somehow I can't get all worked up about their new found "freedom".

6. Is that the Iraqi who tried to drive her to the American position
in an ambulance, but turned back after he was fired on?
