One of the royal-blue-fingered voters Miles interviewed was born in the United States and spoke with a flawless Michigan accent.

He looked all of 22 years old, and I suppose it's likely he'd never even been to Saddam's Iraq.

And, by the way... in America, we sign voter registration rolls, we don't dip our finger in ink. So, why the colored fingers here?
