So, what political bumper stickers are you seeing?
In my neck of the woods (Portland, Ore.) I see lots of Dean stickers (including one on my own car). I've seen one Kerry sticker, and maybe one or two Kucinich stickers. Bush stickers are very few and far between these days. One disclaimer: I mostly drive in town and don't do a lot of freeway driving or suburban driving.

How about the rest of you?

2. Besides Mine
There is a void of activism in CO. People still are frightened to speak out. Did see a "like father like son, one term"

7. In my complex and all over Arlington, VA
Edited on Wed Oct-22-03 03:09 PM by demnan
I see Dean, Dean, Dean. Yesterday another Deanie parked their stickered car next to mine in my complex.

There are also at least two signs in windows in the apartment building - big signs for Dean!

On edit:

I also saw a "Reelect Gore/Liberman in 2004" as well as old Gore stickers left over. And of course the inevitable Bush stickers. I haven't seen any stickers for the other Dems yet, but it's early. Besides, Dean has friends in high places in VA (Don Beyer, the former Lt. Gov is his treasurer).

8. Kucinich sticker in Colorado Springs. Gasp! Barb bring the smelling salts
I think it may have been an out of state car. And it was in the Old North End, just north of Colorado College, there are more liberal leaning folks there. Anyway, it was great to see, and we honked.

9. A variety
In DC you see a little of everything. For the 2004 election I see mostly Dean and Bush?Cheny 04. Also see Edwards and Kerry. Also see a lot of Clinton and/or Gore stickers.

In Northern VA, it's Dean or Bush or an older Clinton/Gore sticker.

14. Several for Edwards; only two "Dub/Cheney'04" stickers...
Two for Dean. And two great messages: One saying "Peace is Patriotic"; the other simply reading "F**k Bush"!:D

And one SUPER bit of irony--parked in front of a local "Christian" Bookstore (wouldn't you know it):

"For a real Rush, try Limbaugh"!!! :7 :7 :7

I almost went over and wrote "oxy" in front of "rush" on it, but I changed my mind at the last second (didn't want to play THEIR game!). :eyes:

B-)

20. Today in Seattle
I saw a pickup truck with big reflective letters on the back (the type you put on a mailbox or sign, etc.) that said:

"Prune the Shrub"

I wanted to give the driver a thumbs up (I was walking on the sidewalk), but the light changed and he sped off.

I've seen lots of Dean and Kucinich stickers and several "Proud to be a Democrat" and "Proud Liberal" stickers.

27. I don't see too many in Maine
I was in Portsmouth , New Hampshire recently and I saw many Dean stickers and one Edwards sticker, as well as the "a small village in Texas is missing it's idiot" a couple of times--I was surprised--and mentioned to my husband that I did not see one pro-Bush sign or sticker--and a guy walking by gave me the thumbs up.
