Benedict (Zell) Miller to be on Hannity and Colmes
Sen. Miller (R-Ga) is going to be interviewed by Sean Hannity. I'm sure Mr. Miller will gleefully explain to a rapt Sean how wonderful Bush is, and how rotten the Democrats are.

Not a very good one, but a dem none the less. The scum Reptile that did all that terrible campaigning (and probably had a fixed election) is Saxie Chambliss:puke:

Not anymore
I once thought as you do, but in spite of all of our drivel about being "inclusive", we must have limits. Endorsing * is an unforgivable transgression.

Miller is actually farther to the right of many Republicans.

4. Its great that Faux, in the interest of being fair
Always gets spineless Democrats like Alan Colmes to give the viewpoint "from the left".

But then again, anyone really seems like a far left, whacked-out, drugged up communist compared to such a fascist windbag like Hannity.

Edited on Wed Oct-29-03 09:48 PM by w4rma
But don't tell *me* how to think or what to say.

The Democratic Party is a very big tent and there is much room to agree to disagree on things like that.

That said, if Zell is endorsing Bush, he should leave join the Republican Party immediately. If he refuses, then he should be kicked out. Endorsing the opposing party's presidential nominee is well across the line, IMHO.

Lawyers Furious as US Builds (Gitmo) Death Chambers

LAWYERS expressed outrage yesterday at plans to put al-Qaeda suspects, including two Britons and an Australian, on military trial in Guantanamo Bay.

They would effectively be tried by a “kangaroo court”, stripped of all basic rights of due process that would be afforded in criminal courts in Britain or America, they said.

He said: “The construction of execution chambers makes virtually every lawyer in the Western world extremely angry. The idea that there is an artificial creation or enclave which, according to the Americans, is beyond the purview of all recognised systems of law is repugnant.”

The Courier Mail: US Plans Death Camp (May 26, 2003)
THE US has floated plans to turn Guantanamo Bay into a death camp, with its own death row and execution chamber.

Prisoners would be tried, convicted and executed without leaving its boundaries, without a jury and without right of appeal, The Mail on Sunday newspaper reported yesterday.

The plans were revealed by Major-General Geoffrey Miller, who is in charge of 680 suspects from 43 countries, including two Australians.

“This camp was created to execute people. The administration has no interest in long-term prison sentences for people it regards as hard-core terrorists.”

CBS Producer Fired For Comparing The Mood In America To That Of Germans Who Helped Hitler's Rise To Power
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article2845.htm

Producer Is a Casualty in CBS's 'Hitler' Miniseries

In the April 12 TV Guide, the publication says that “Gernon stated his belief that fear fueled both the Bush administration's adoption of a preemptive-strike policy and the public's acceptance of it.” According to the article, “Gernon said a similar fearfulness in a devastated post-World War I Germany was 'absolutely' behind that nation's acceptance of Hitler's extremism.”

Gernon is quoted as saying of the miniseries, which tracks Hitler's rise to power in 1930s Germany: “It basically boils down to an entire nation gripped by fear, who ultimately chose to give up their civil rights and plunged the whole world into war.

“I can't think of a better time to examine this history than now,” he added.

The article further quotes him as saying that “when an entire country becomes afraid for their sovereignty, for their safety, they will embrace ideas and strategies and positions that they might not embrace otherwise.”

17. Us????
Nice try. But you aint us. We know it. You know it. Now stop this foolishness.

I agree the Nazi fascist crap is a petty childish exaggeration but it can be seen why those prone to overstatement might use it. Fascist, in a way, portrays a powerful persona and Hannity is none of that. He is just a guy that will say stupid things for money. Nothing else. Coulter, Hannity, Limbaugh and the lot are all the same thing: sensationalists. No different than an "artist" that must use porn in his work or a "musician" that has profanity or shock in his lyrics, Hannity must use attack in order to be listened to. Ask Michelangelo about pornography or Hemmingway about four letter words and you will get the same answer that Murrow would give if you asked him about Hannity.

Fuck 'em why do we bother with this lot?

"stay back, I have powers..." LMAO!

btw, the new poster is "right" - we should just be quiet and not call people names, especially when they are saving the world from all the non-white, non-Christian evildoers. None of these people on faux or in the bush kingdom are anything other than true, honest, honorable morally superior Americans of whom we should merely stand in awe.

Whatever you do, show respect to the right wing Faux anchors. Above all else. Don't want to lose our credibility to remain silent.

Whattareya anyway, some kinda unpatriotic pegan commie fag babykiller who misses Saddam? Why do you hate my freedoms?

33. Think about it...
I never said play nice I said play fair. Is that not what we want to be seen as, fair?

There are a few in DU that think doing exactly what the pugs do will make us winners. Think about it.

If we get slandered let us not slander. There are other tools to fight with. IF the pugs can be beat because they use below the belt tactics, so can we.
Think about it.

The Democrat needs only to be seen as fair, honest and just to win. Fortunately the pukes are giving us a foot up in that comparison. White looks even whiter if the black background gets darker. Check those frustrations, use your intellect not your emotions to fight and we can all have a drink at the victory party. You know: the party for the victory in the fight for America.

Remember the old Dylan song, For every time there is a season..this aint it for being a hypocrite.

is treasonous or traitorous? Just remember, it's HIS fricken' war, not mine or yours. If he was wrong to take this country to "war" should I just sit down and shut up? Not NO, but HELL NO!!! It's my patriotic duty to oppose this pernicious fraud and his illegal "war". :grr:
