Did anyone see The Today Show earlier this morning?
The mother and sister of the soldier that passed away in South Carolina were being interviewed by Katie Couric.

The mother said she will not refer to Bush as "President" anymore because there is no reason for our soldiers to continue dying in Iraq.

"Bring 'em on" indeed...:eyes:

2. Yes ... I did
The Today show should bring on the families of every soldier killed in this war. 1 per day. Just so people get a perspective of how many people are dying. Every day bring one family out, and then announce the date (at that current time) that the last soldier will be shown. The date will simply keep getting pushed out. I believe that we are way past 1 per day (at least recently)

I felt very sad for those 2. He was only 21 years old.

Cheers
Drifter

6. No Draft-Just kill Volunteers
The Bush administration says that these soldiers are ready to die to free the Iraquis (code for: ready to die to make Haliburton richer).
They say when these men and women volunteer they shouldn't just expect to stay comfortable on some safe US Army base. But note that the Adminsistration crew don't want to admit that they are afraid to reinstate the draft because as soon as some of these mothers face the fact that some of their children will HAVE to go to war to fight the Cheney-Rumsfeld-Wolfowitz War they will have problems.

This Adminsitration will continue to be loved by some of these non-thinking conservative voters until their own children are killed in this very unnecessary bully battle.

This is what I think this Bush administration is all about.
