A Question- In regard to the states that have cancelled...
Republican primaries this coming election year- Does that mean that the Democratic primaries will be "open" to republicans who feel the urge to vote for Al Sharpton?

the party to vote in the primary.

But here in IL for instance there are open primaries so that you can take either ballot.

But even though there isnt a presidential primary for Republicans, they still have to nominate their senate candidates and suchwhat.
