At least this can't happen until after the 2004 elections.

WE MUST TAKE BACK THE STATE LEGISLATURES. That's the only way we can stop this.

5. Our GA redistricting plans have a bad history
We drew the lines in 1990, when there was only 1 Repuke in the delegation (the Gin-grinch). By the end of the decade, there were 8.
