How should I reply to this right wing bigoted e-mail?

I think one of my customers added me to her distribution list and every now and then I get right wing messages from her. After this B.S. email I do intend to reply and would welcome some suggestions from my fellow DUers. Below starts her message.

Just tell your correspondent that you don't appreciate such junk mail and in fact do a reply all, if this came to you as part of a mass mailing. I've done it any number of times, and believe me, no one who knows me dares send me crap like this.
