:-( Work has been way too demanding. I'm hoping to get a ride in tomorrow morning before I set off for both my jobs and Sunday if it's not raining.

I have my first big ride May 2 in Joliet. Either 68 or 100 miles. I'll decide based on how I feel and the weather. I'm not going to kill myself this early in the season.

I'm not so sure I can get the Lakes strapped on. I did WAY too much walking this week (12 miles in one day) and I have some pretty nasty blisters.

And it's supposed to rain Sunday here, too.

Anyway you look at it, you've developed a better base than I have so far. I've done only rides of 13 and 17, and spent WAY too little time on the "Hampster Wheel" this past winter...
