Dunno, dude, but if that dog can make the screen, maybe the END is NEAR.

I would have thought "Glitter" or "Moulin Rouge" would have wised them up. Maybe we'll be ok, I did see a DVD of both "Moulin Rouge" AND "Glitter" in a store's bargain bin for $5 each. Maybe there's hope.

2. Didn't mean to pee pee in your puddin'
I just hate any movie that interjects modern music into period pieces. Having "Your Song" in that film would (just MY opinion, mind) have made Elton puke.

You can just imagine my opinion of Heath Ledger and whatever the name of that abortion about knights was named.

But then again, I actually bought a copy of Xanadu on a Pioneer LaserDisk during my last acid trip in about 1981, so even with that excuse I really have no room to talk.

3. I like both...
of those intentionally anachronistic films. I think so long as they acknowledge that the material is out of place, I'm all for it. You must admit hearing Bowie's 'Golden Years' in A Knight's Tale was rather cool.

4. Sorry. I bought a copy of "A Knight's Tale" in a cutout bin...
...Just to throw it on my burn pile with my leaves.

Just not my cuppa. Saving the Xanadu disk in case someone invites me to go skeet shooting.

6. "Doctor Zhivago" or "Lawrence of Arabia" are ART.
Even "My Fair Lady" is art. "Moulin Rouge" is repackaged pop. And I am most decidedly unfond of Nicole Kidman.

Just my taste. No flame on yours. I've heard people even enjoyed "Gigli" but it could be an Urban Legend.

7. I'm fairly certain that was an urban legend....
It's most likely been thoroughly debunked by snopes.com by now.
