Man Arrested In Court For Impersonating Lawyer

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- Most criminal defendants expect their attorney's to keep them out of jail, but a Brevard County woman watched as her attorney was put behind bars for impersonating another lawyer.

Jorge Luna was arrested after the state prosecutor and the judge realized he was not attorney Scott Siverson, as he claimed. Luna had already convinced a judge to reduce the bond on one of his clients, Latisha Dilleshaw, which got her out of jail.

The judge had received a letter from the real Scott Siverson in the Florida Keys saying he was being impersonated.

Once he was confronted in court, Luna confessed.
