Personally, I like using Photobucket.com
http://photobucket.com/ you can delete your pictures whenever you want, or just change the link in case someone hotlinks to it and uses up your bandwidth.
also you can create albums, and have thumbnails to check for reusing the links later
- sure beats trying to keep track of a text or an excel file
