Should I be worried?
So this morning I walked out of the room for a moment while my 4 year old was busy playing with his trucks. I had just walked into the next room to get something when I hear a noise, not a bad crash or anything just a noise, and my son yell something. So I came back into the room asking him what was the matter.

As soon as I enter the room he is in my face. He said to me very quickly, "I DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING!"

LOL I haven't found anything "changed" yet, but I can't help but wonder what I may stumble across today.

Any guys out there remember when you were 4? How much trouble could you cause in 15 seconds?

2. He changed something
perhaps he changed it and then changed it back, but the forces of change were definitely active in that room.

5. That is possible
He could have undone whatever it is that he did. But he definitely did something. LOL

Same panicky tone, too. Mrs Richardo was understandably unconvinced. ;)

11. LOL
I guess I will be hearing the same line for years to come.

I hope you didn't do anything that will get you into too much trouble. LOL

7. Many changes can happen when you are four.
For instance, while a couple of rooms away, I heard the quiet slide of a kitchen drawer. I walked into the kitchen to find my four year old holding a pair of very sharp very long scissors. With one hand on the open kitchen drawer and the other hand holding the scissors, he told me, "I didn't get these out". O.K. They just changed from being into a closed drawer to being in his hand.

My bad for letting the scissors be within his reach, because he had demonstrated his fascination with scissors. He used his child-safe scissors to alter the tablecloth, our bed sheets, his clothes, my underwear. Some of these changes were not detected for a while.

Many changes can happen quickly, when you are a curious four year old. Maybe you will discover a change in the next couple of days.:o

12. Ah yes, scissors
My son is just beginning to have a fascination with them. We have those artistic creations to look forward to.

I love the line "I didn't get these out", and him telling you that while he has the scissors in his hand. LOL They are so precious at this age.

8. Yikes!
As the mom of boys (mine are 8,6, and 3), I can tell you they can do a lot of 15 seconds. Hope all is well. :scared:

13. I still haven't found anything
at least the house is still standing, and the smoke alarm never went off, so it must not be anything major. LOL

15. I will let you know if I find anything
I have a feeling you may be right and he already changed it back. He still had to make sure he told me that he didn't do anything. LOL
