see the banner that made it into Fahrenheit 9/11-

As I mentioned in an earlier post, when I went to see Fahrenheit 9/11, i was surprised to see what i thought was my banner in the opening shots of the movie, where they are showing footage of the protests at the lil'dictator's coronation day...when I mentioned it, a kind-hearted DU'er with access to a boot copy of the flick emailed me the pertinent frames from the movie:



and here is the same banner, later in the day, as it appeared later in an issue of Bartcop:

I saw your post and thought I remembered the banner in the movie, but when I went to the film again, I looked for it specially. Cool!

I was actually surprised to see the protest, because I didn't recall hearing anything about it at the time. The media sure kept quiet about it.

12. my wife and i both...

in the movie, you can see me above the "B" in bush, and my wife is holding the other end, and appears (in profile, wearing ear-muffs) just above the corner of the banner(NOT the woman above the "H" in bush).

and i still have the banner, too...it was a slapdash, last-minute attempt to emulate the "bush/cheney" bumper sticker:


I also had an upside down american flag after "bush", which unfortunately was paper, and didn't fare too well in the weather that day.
