I think it is, so I voted marijuana. In May last year I got to spend nine days in a FREE country. During those nine wonderful days in the beautiful, fascinating city of Amsterdam I ate two hashish-laced "space cakes" and one hashish-laced "chocolate bonbon." I didn't smoke any, though, because I just don't like to do that to my lungs. Also because I quit smoking cigarettes in 1990 and I don't wish to re-introduce that habit of putting something burning to my lips and sucking in the smoke. So I ate it instead of smoking it. And then at the end of those nine wonderful days in a FREE country, I had to come back to this puritanical totalitarian police state. If Bush wins or steals a second term in November -- shudder, cringe -- I wonder if the Dutch would let me immigrate?

typically, to get hashish, you have to know how and when to "sex" the plants

a marijuana plant has both male and female buds; the female is almost always more potent, but the male buds can still get you stoned.

to get hashish, you have to eliminate all the male buds, allowing more and more THC, etc. to concentrate in the female buds...

it's a complicated process

And meth and speed are both common names for methamphetamine, unless one is drawing a difference between prescription amphetamines and illegal methamphetamines. Personally, I'd stay the fuck away from the meth/coke if were you...

meth is usu synonomous w/speed these days, but "old school" speed was benzedrine, dexedrine, tenuate, & other amphetamines; the old truckers "white crosses". shd have made it inclusive, so he had a slot for nicotine, the 2nd most addictive, abused, & dangerous drug in the world.
