I already had to rebuild my house last year, not again, no thank you. It seems to me it would be better to hit where rebuilding has not just gotten finished, but it isn't up to me to decide these things. I will say that too much west along the Gulf coast there is no evidence of precautious being taken at all that I can see (southeast Louisiana) so it would be a Very Bad Thing if it tracked much more to the west.
