7. Maybe it's because you need to register with the tracker?

I found the one Von Bondies (Pawn Shoppe Heart) on Suprnova's Music|Rock section. When you try to enter the swarm you get an error message that you need to register at OINK.me.uk:83 so it can recognize your IP address and allow you access.

but when I goto that site (OINK.me.uk:83)...it says Forbidden You DOn't Have Permission.
