How do you get a dog to quit burying its chewies?
I have tried buying the rawhide bones for my dog and when I give them to her she immediately gets very anxiety ridden, has to be let outdoors and she immediately runs and buries the bone. I then bought her some Denta Stix, which are just sticks that don't look anything like a bone and are supposed to be good for cleaning her teeth, and she does the same thing. I even tried breaking the stick in half and only giving her half but it immediately goes in the dirt. I would like for her to get some actual dental benefit but she is going to have to chew it first!
