Judging Amy
Did that woman die tonight when she was giving birth?

2. That was last season's cliffhanger, I think.
And I'm not sure if Jillian dies or not, but I kind of think she does. Just a hunch.

Do you know when the new season starts?

3. I thought she died.
I liked her character too. Plus that would make the loss of two characters during that season--Jillian and Jarrod (Richard Crenna character).

But I thought it was evident that she was gone.

4. Gee...
I just started watching the TNT re-reruns last week. Have things really progressed to that point??

I am in a love-hate relationship with that show...

6. Love Judging Amy
and am anxiously awiting the new season. I don't remember if Jillian died or not..... Hmmm.

They had a hard year last year. Richard Crenna was always one of my fav actors.

Mostly because of Tyne Daley who I remember from, and have appreciated her since, her earliest guest staring spots on 1960s episodic TV shows like Chips.

I adore her, big old liberal feminist, outspoken, tough on the outside, pushover on the inside fabulous woman!!

And she is a terrific actress I must add.

9. Tyne was why I started watching
in the first place. She picks such great material; I had to see what she was up to. I know she came from the theatre, but the first I really remember of her was Cagney & Lacey. Still one of the best cop shows. Ever.

17. Hmm.
Don't get that vibe from her. Are you talking about Tyne Daly as an actor/human being or the part she plays on the show?

13. I think the season premiere is next week, the
23rd. I kinda got the impression she'd died as well, but then, when they were showing scenes from the season premiere episode a couple days ago, there was one scene where Peter was asking "will she wake up?"

Then again, that could be referring to something else, you know how they always tease with things like that! Given the totally shell-shocked, disbelieving, speechless expression on Peter's face at the very end of the last episode, you'd think she died, but you just never know.

16. I think this was up in the air at the end of the season.
The woman who plays Jillian was actually pregnant and it had not been determined if she would be back after giving birth to her real baby.

I found this out by looking at various fan websites when the ep. aired the first time. I've became a reluctant fan of this show during the reality show hay day. I just wanted to watch something with characters who were at least fleetingly realistic, flawed, and, in some cases, fat!
