Anyone happen to hear the disastrous interview Randi Rhodes did with Patti Smith on AAR during the campaign season? (I think it was Patti.)

I didn't catch the whole thing, but apparently, all the air got sucked out of the room when Randi came down hard on Ralph Nader, Patti took offense because he's "a friend" of hers and things just got worse from there.

I did hear patti on npr and she gave a great 'live' concert. That was back in October. If this was the same show, for patti doesn't give out many interviews, then I didn't hear what you thought you heard!

Alright -- but this was on AAR, not NPR.

White Rose Society probably has it archived. I only remember it because Randi was completely stunned and upset by Patti's reaction, as Patti was always an idol of hers.

But, as they say, the music goes on.
