The new cat poops toxic waste.
He's been with us for about 3 months and has had a pretty regular diet, though he spends about half the day outside... he is a BIG cat, a stray we've adopted but who my two other cats haven't yet completely agreed to. Anyway, Ivan, the new big guy, likes to be out but has completely quit (as of 2 months ago) bringing me mousie carcasses... I honestly think he's only eating the food I give him, b/c he puts away about 3-4 regular sized cans a day, plus a good amount of dry kibble.

He rarely uses the inside litter box, but on the rare occasion he does, it is VILE. EXCEEDINGLY STINKY, like, open all the windows, turn on the fan, light a few candles stinky. Even the two other cats leave the area. The vet checked him thoroughly for all manner of cooties when he was neutered/got his shots, he didn't have worms, seemed quite healthy aside from the upper resp. infection which is the reason why I trapped him, took him to the vet, etc., in the first place. The URI is long gone, he was fine after 10 days inside with antibiotics.

Anyway, more info than you need. But any suggestions as to how to curb the stinkiness? We're moving soon, and I'm going to try to transition him into an indoor cat completely when we get to new territory and really don't want to have to wear a gas mask all the time.
