1. I make this really good chocolate chocolate chip cookie
from some Hershey's recipe. Totally simple cookie, but DAMN it kicks ass. In fact, I think I have some crumbles of one in a ziploc bag at my desk. I better go check it out.

3. kolackies and pecan crescents.
One is a polish, fruit-filled cookie made with cream cheese in the dough, the other is pretty self-explanatory (also known as wedding cookies). Go ask buddyhollysghost for the recipes (life is wonderful when your mom is an excellent baker).

OK, so both of them are Christmas cookies to me, but they're still worthy of their own recognition.
