What's on your plate tonight? We're grilling chicken and salmon, with many veggies 'cause we're doing the low-carb thing. Also got my first 1/2 dozen of locally-grown sweet corn today (okay, that's not low-carb, but who the eff cares?)

I love summer. I'm going to love it even more 4 weeks from now, when my own tomatoes will be pickable. I'm so tired of hothouse maters!

(About that low-carb thing: I'm doing my best, but I gotta tell ya: fresh pesto? with spaghetti squash? I'm doing it, but I ain't happy about it.)
