Michael Jackson might just win this thing

I don't know anything about the case. I've paid little attention. In fact, I've been greatly annoyed by it.

I haven't cared one second about it. I'm not on the jury. Why should I care? What a waste of time all this is, I thought.

But I always figured he'd get convicted. The evidence I'd seen here and there seemed formidable. They had witnesses, and porn, and well, he's just so wierd, ya know? If I had had to lay down money on it, or bet something of value on it, I most assuredly would have bet against him.

I thought his goose was pretty much cooked. I figured he was done for: guilty as charged.

But now, now it seems like well - the outcome is more uncertain. If I had to predict it now, I would have to really put some time into it. But judging from the headlines I've seen there are some cracks in the prosecution's case. Things aren't working as planned for them. Maybe they aren't the shining white knights we all thought they were.

Wow. It just goes to show that anything is possible, and that you shouldn't buy into the media hype.
