I found out today that a girl I went to school with died
We weren't good friends or anything. But she was a very sweet, cute girl and it's so sad. She left behind a couple of kids and a husband. She was 37 years old, and that's just too damn young to die. I think she had cancer. Jill, bless your heart, I love you baby.

I'm 47 and it started happening before I was out of high school. I miss all of them.

6. some people died in high school
My best friend Andy had a wreck that put him in a coma. He finally died a couple of years ago. I think my life would've been a lot better if he didn't have that accident. He was such a sharp guy. I miss Andy too.

The first one is especially rough, though.

8. I was friendly with her in school
But I haven't really been around her since, except for bumping into at the grocery store once or twice. Still it hurts. I'm not sure why it hurts as much as it does.

9. My condolences
I found out earlier this year that an ex-shipmate of mine died. Cancer. Also 37 years of age. Left behind a wife and two young children.

So sad.

10. I found out a friend of mine died in a car accident about a year...
out of high school, an incredible shock because she was just about the most alive person I'd ever known...I think as a way of dealing with it, I tried to become a bit more outgoing, a bit more like her...it was always something special about her that I admired so much...

Hugs to you right now...

13. I had a similar experience recently
My best friend in fourth grade. She also died of cancer at 40, leaving three kids behind. I found out about it when I opened my newspaper.

14. I've lost two women friends to domestic violence
12 and 15 years ago. Both murder suicides. When it happens like that, you don't get over it. :( When the neighbors fight my adrenalin pegs & I get sick, still.

Harrad.
