does anyone know about height and sight requirements for the Air Force?
meaning, the tallest (or shortest) you can be for certain aircraft?

do you have to have 20/20 vision? do they have a policy on people who have had laser eye surgery?

i looked around on google for awhile last night and couldn't come up with anything.

anyone?

2. The only thing I know
is that you cant have glasses or contacts and need a college degree to become a pilot..

4. The standards over the years have changed...
... in the Navy, and possibly in the Air Force, as well. At one time, 20/20 uncorrected was the minimum allowable. Now, at least in the Navy, it's about 20/30 correctable by contacts to 20/20 or better. I don't know about laser eye surgery.

Years ago, the absolute minimum height in the Air Force was, I think, 5'4". Decades ago, my next door neighbor's kid wanted to fly and was only about 5'2" and went through some horrible shit at the Univ. of Washington physiology lab trying to stretch him enough to make it, but he never quite got there.

You can find out all this by simply calling your local Air Force recruiter and asking for specifics on eligibility for flight training.

I don't think you have to be a college graduate, but it helps. If you aren't, you have to be eligible for OCS, and you should find out if you are before you sign up--if you sign up and don't get to OCS, you're stuck with a tour as an enlisted person.

Cheers.
