I'd just like to say that Zicam Extreme Congestion relief kicks ass!

(sorry to sound like a commercial, but I am truly stoked about this!)

I have had chronic nasal congestion all my life.

When I am well and healthy, I have one nostril that is 70% blocked.

When I am sick, my nasal passages close up and there is NO airflow. I can't even force anything in to do a flush.

No amount of nasal decongestant or other medicine has helped in the least.

Tonight I bought the Zicam Extreme Congestion, thinking 'yeah right, they've never seen congestion like mine.'

Within one minute both nasal passages are 100% clear.

I'm sure this seems hokey, but I can breathe out of both nostrils for the first time in over 20 years.

Sounds like you've got some serious blockage there. I had to get mine straightened out years ago, and I couldn't believe how much air went into my lungs afterwards!

they were barking up the allergy tree when I gave up on it. I think I may have the beginnings of nasal polyps.

6. Check your diet

You could have some food allergies that are causing that congestion. There's a great book about this, "The Yeast Connection Diet." It's changed the lives of some folks I know.

But as for other things, they didn't show up on the allergy test I did.

3. That's good, but be careful with the Zicam

There were a few hundred people who reported permanent loss of smell after using this product. Lawsuits are pending. Just be careful, and don't overdo it with that stuff.

That is some good stuff. I didn't get many colds before, really, but now I barely get any at all. If I start to feel one coming on, I just use it, and usually the next day I don't feel any symptoms. It is sort of gross, it is zinc you squirt in the pointy part of your nose, but it works.
