Are eggs aborted chickens?
Chickens. Eggs. Are eggs really unborn chickens?

My point in that is I am wondering why the fundies don't label egg cartons as "aborted chickens" instead of eggs. To them it is not a chicken, it is a blob of stuff to eat. But if they wanted to be consistent then perhaps we should get them to change the labels and not call them merely 'eggs'.

Cavair too I suppose would fall into this, they are aborted fish.

Now sure, they are all animals and we are humans, but the whole concept is the same. Blobs of undeveloped cells to eat. Tastes like chicken.

7. Of course, an unfertilized human egg in a rape victim
could be stopped from development and fertilization by her taking the morning after pill. The GOP right wing fanatics are totally against this. Their theocratic government wishes does not allow the freedom of the woman to stop the fertilization.

4. Maybe if you stuck a vacuum up the chicken's ass and sucked it out.
But we don't do that. And chicken's do not have the Constitutional right to make birthing decisions without government interference.

Stupid question.

The only true analogy would be if we took freshly born babies and scrambled them in a skillet. But we don't do that.

5. Yes, if from the farm.
Edited on Mon May-16-05 12:06 AM by sleipnir
It's really a murdered fetus, the farmer steals the fetus from the mother and then decides to eat often after applying high temperature to the remains of the fetus.

It's murder of the unborn!!! Will the right-wing-wackos rise to the challenge?

8. And look at lamb
Many red staters have no problems in taking baby lambs into slaughter for the feeding purposes and likes of humans.

12. Well,
Eggs are not unborn chickens, but they have the potential for life--were it not for the evil farmer interfering. He prevents the chicken and rooster from getting together, thereby preventing conception from occurring. Essentially he is acting as God for those chickens....he is acting as a method of birth control for them!

Why aren't the fundies denouncing this obvious interference in the Biblical directive to 'be fruitful and multiply'????:sarcasm:

14. "So, I saw the 'Bush/Cheney' sticker on your car before we walked into
the grocery store. Now, I see you are buying aborted chicken fetuses. Don't you feel guilty for such hypocrisy? Bush supporters stand for family values, not killing unborn creatures of god. Please have the decency to NOT show my children children what you are doing!"

15. Years ago I was eating eggs for breakfast. My nine year old son came
running in and said "Aren't eggs unborn chickens?" (He had been arguing about it with his brother.)

It was several years before I coud eat an egg again. :(
