DU mini Woodstock in Cambridge this Saturday
Let's have a mini-Woodstock. If you live nearby or can arrive early, spread blankets to reserve a "DU area". I am volunteering but will try to stake out a space, but holding it will be difficult without others.

Festival 47, A Concert for Cambridge

To thank the community, Passim will host a free music festival on the Cambridge Common, cosponsored by the Cambridge Arts Council. The concert will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a children’s performance featuring Moussa Traore and Timinandi and will continue with performances from Chris Smither, The Resophonics, Jim Kweskin, Jake Armerding, Rachael Davis, Jabe Beyer, Spider John Koerner, Christopher Williams, and The Loomers. Children’s activities will
continue throughout the day with face painting, a dance tent with instructors of various styles, arts and crafts, storytelling and much more, including activities coordinated by the Boston Children’s
Museum.

1. Where the heck is the Cambridge Common?
:)

Other than that, I'd consider being there with camera in hand :) (or around neck as the case may be)

3. it's kind of between Radcliffe Yard and Harvard Yard

Mass Ave runs along one side of it.

Edit: if you're taking the Red Line, get off at the Harvard Square stop, and go up the stairs to the Harvard Yard exit. Cross Mass. Ave. away from Harvard Yard. Turn right, and keep walking until you see a park-like thing on your left. That'd be it.

4. it's the big park outside of Harvard Sq.
where Garden ST and Mass Ave come together. It's where all the traffic backs up to get into Harvard Sq.
