We freely allow corporate media to be a propaganda tool for the emerging fascist regime. There should be laws that require mainstream media sources to not be sensationalist and to report facts, i.e. NO SPIN.

8. There are exceptions to the 1st amendment

in that they do not allow hate speech or speech which incites violence. I think that an addendum that facts be reported COMPLETELY SEPARATE from any party bias would not infringe upon freedoms. This would be a way to KEEP from allowing propaganda, which though the right claims to oppose, would be one hell of a wakeup call to them, were it to happen.

Sadly though my disdain for sensationalism would not warrant restricting the 1st amendment rights concerning that. No matter how vomit-inducing that form of media is.
