3. I assume it's...
sending out the german e-mails and sometimes viruesed e-mails.. since I'm scanning at my mail server and still get them.

The worm has a huge "installed base". This is as it was initially spread as a faked email-notification about the Fifa World Cup.
As several millions of soccer fans were waiting for an email looking just like the worm's, it was able to infect more PCs than one would have reasonably expected.
Also many Spam filters were configured to let the WorldCup mails pass.

4. Never. It will get worse in 10 days.
It might get better, once the Spam filters are adjusted (strangely enough, it has far less inpact in Germany, where many filters were able to spot it instantly).

Bearing German-language subject lines that translate to phrases like "Multicultural = multicriminal", the messages point to racist German websites and news articles that could be used to support anti-immigrant views."
