Anyone remember "Fight Back with David Horowitz"? (no not that one)

He was a consumer advocate, and each week he would test claims from popular TV commercials and such (such as running the car through 52 carwashes) to see if they were true. I loved that show.

And I had not heard of the vile right wing one. When I did, I thought it was the consumer advocate.

It was a cool show. He was doing a public service. :-)

He was on KNBC channel 4. Great show!

3. Does he still have a radio show? I seem to think my mother

listens to the radio around dinner time on Saturdays or Sundays and he's on....out of an El Paso station.

In fact, I thought he & the RW Shill David Horowitz were one in the same. I was shocked to see him take a radical turn, until I realized they were different guys.

5. He did a bit once where he seriously complained that

cheese products labeled "Swiss cheese" were NOT made in Switzerland. I was tempted to write him about another scandalous product labeling debacle: Cottage Cheese

The commercial challenges were kind of fun though.
