Poll question: My next tattoo.

I want to get another tattoo (I currently have two) and I've decided to go with a symbol for Libra, which is my sign. Here are four options I'm thinking about and I'd like everyone's help in deciding.

Option 1
This and Option 2 are my favorites.

This is my least favorite, but I thought I'd throw it in anyway.

it's going to take a long time and it's going to have to be pretty big to get that detailing in.

they might be able to get most of that detailing in. But then again...

5. I'd go with number 1 except...

I'd lose the scales and just go with the astrological symbol for Libra.

I saw a number of cool ones with only the astrological symbol. I think I ended up going for the scales because of option 2. I like dragons.

so I can understand about being indecisive. I like just the astrological symbol because I tend to go for the clean and simple look.

8. I'm not really a big fan of Option 4, but my other tattoos are black

and people keep telling me I need one with color.

If you wanted to make it more feminine you could add a little more curve to it- but with it's simplicity it would be very easy to add a little splash of color if you wanted. That one's my fave!

and maybe leave the scales white, or drop the black background and make the scales black.

18. I don't know a lot about astrology,

but are there any particular colors associated with Libra? If so (and this is just me) I'd go with that color. I agree with another poster who said if you go with Option 2, reverse it and drop the black background. :hi:

The second tattoo I have is a band around my ankle,about 1/2 inch wide, and all black. OUCH! I thought I was going to die. And the artist kept telling me to watch him do it, and I said, Not unless you want me to pass out on this chair.
