3. Yeast extract
rich in B vitamins. Great on toast, or just about anything. You either love it or hate it.

It's also known as Marmite in the UK. Basically it's the same thing.

4. It's some weird yeast extract that is popular as a sandwich spread
in Australia and New Zealand and to a lessere extent the UK. It was sort of an emergency foodstuff developed in WW II. It's pretty salty.

I prefer Marmite, but I'm not real fired up in either direction. It's okay, but far from great.
