Car sickness, subway sickness
Last night with my friends in the NYC subway and going back home in a cab was a nightmare. First, the PATH train shaked-and-stirred my stomach. Then, I had to get out of the cab immediately with just a few blocks left to go in the ride. Didn't throw up, but came very close to doing so.

Anyone here know how to prevent this?

1. Car sickness is the freakin WORST!
I get car sick easily unless I'm driving or at least in the front seat. I know Dramamine can help if you know in advance you're gonna be riding. Otherwise, sit in the front seat and keep your eyes to the front. DON'T read or anything else that will take your eyes from forward. Hope this helps, Dude! :hi:

2. Frequency is the only way i've ever been able to overcome motion
sickness. I mean on a subway, it has only been by riding frequently. In other words my body just got used to it with time. Sorry not to have a remedy for you.

In a car - i've never overcome that. Even if i'm driving, if it's through the mountains, i get sick.
