Just saw it on Fox.

1. No kidding??
He missed one last week that could have won them the game. An extra point should be a given.

Not that I am upset about it.

:D

6. San Fran is beating them.
I suppose we will see if they can hold out.

3. Why do I love to hate Dallas so much?
I'm not even that into football. Okay, so I was born in DC around which I live to this day. When/how did this rivalry start?

4. I liked the Landry years and the early Johnson years but
after that, forget it. And I live in the Dallas area!

11. I am a staunch Barry Switzer defender.
People outside of Oklahoma got a shitload of negative press on the guy, but most in the state are aware that he has a lot of goodness in his heart.

15. I didn't necessarily dislike his "reign"
but he didn't do anything for me. I'm a baseball fan anyway.

5. It is a storied rivalry that started before I was even born.
I think it got started in the late 60's, before I was an inkling of a thought in a nocturnal emission.

Lately, it has been one sided in favor of the Cowboys. Hopefully, that changed last week.

:)

7. Maybe because they were the two best teams in the league?

E.g., that's why OU v. Nebraska used to be such a big deal, because that game was likely to decide the Big 8 Championship.

Gawd, I'm old.

:)

8. They were 2 of the best teams.
I think that started to fade in the late 90's. The NFC east used to be tough as hell.

10. How does Dallas feel about us?
I always assumed they hated us equally until a friend recently told me otherwise.

12. Oh, I think they do.
Jerry Jones on the sideline Monday night showed that. Actually, the last few years, the Redskins haven't given the Cowboys that many reasons to hate them, since it was so one sided. That was aggravating.

14. LOL, I hope the 'Skins do good.
They need to be a lot more steady on offense. These nailbiter games are killers!
