The county sheriff is at my neighbor's house with all the lights flashing!

We live out in the country so it's very dark out here. My neighbor's driveway (1/4 mile away) is lit up like Christmas. There are 3 sheriff cars out there. I wonder what's going on. Any ide-er's Du'ers?
