Question about wills
My wife and I are getting our wills done. I have a (nonlegal) question - when do these become public documents? Is it after the probate process is completed? (this is in Mass.) Does anyone know the process of going to go and look up a will? I know I can ask our lawyer this in a few weeks when we speak to him again, but I haven't been able to satisfactorily Google a good answer and am hoping that some knowledgeable DUer can help me out.

1. Since it's nonlegal, if we answer, are we held accountable?

In seriousness, I'd reckon they need to be notarized. Any DMV can do that for you, I believe...
