1. i voted erasure in terms of longevity
he probably broke more ground with yazoo... he more or less laid the foundation for erasure on that trip imo

2. The vocalists confused me.
I thought it was a guy when I first heard Yazoo, and after finally getting that straight, I had to get used to the fact that the similar-sounding vocalist in Erasure was a guy.

bloody brilliant :D

as far as dm, i still consider that martin gore's baby... even though vice was there at the starting gun

when you say "vince clarke band," i don't really include dm... cause their mark extends too far beyond just can't get enough, dreaming of me, etc
