Yet another banking problem- paycheck deposited (+500 bucks)

I wonder how screwed up this one is going to be? I know I didn't get a raise. I haven't heard any rumors about a Christmas(holiday if you prefer) bonus. Now I am afraid to spend any of the money.
This is how my luck usually runs on things like this. I will go out and spend some money. Somebody will realize the mistake and yank the entire amount out of the account. I will be charged for accessing my credit line to cover my "overdraft" and then right after they charge me, the correct amount will be deposited.
On the other hand, perhaps my great skill and personality has come to the attention of management? Maybe they gave me a 12,000 dollar a year raise? That would put me well ahead of any of my coworkers!
