The first indication of it is from a band called The Four Skins. It's four physicians who made medical-themed novelty versions of then-popular songs, and they set this little ditty to the music from "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas."

Later it was picked up by the Army as a propaganda tool. If you've ever seen Army VD movies, you'll understand why.

Naturally, John Valby has a version of this. Let us just say the words in Valby's version are nothing like the ones they'd have used in a WWII-era song.
