1. Um... Let me think about it for a min-NO.
One of the characteristics of women I'm not particularly fond of is their bulging, rippling 6-pack.

4. "All women are attractive...."
That's a LIE.

Not all women are attractive. Just like not all men are attractive. There are some ugly motherfuckers on this planet who I wouldn't find the least bit attractive.

12. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"....
In my world, is not a LIE either...
I live in a beautiful world filled with attractive people and things.
It is OK if you wish not to see the world as I do... You would diminish my world by calling it a "LIE". I do not see the world as you would wish I should... therefore I refuse to see your LIE

13. Don't you mean "Beauty is in the eye of the BEER holder"?

14. No. But that is a true statement also.
Hey Fox Moulder. Good to see you again. Did you retire "Err"?
I have done photography for over two decades. Attractiveness really can be an appreciation of that which is unique. Beer tends to gloss over that uniqueness for me. (I never really cared much for American beer anyway...that stuff I drank over in Germany on the other hand...yummy!)

17. You noticed??
Yeah, she is actually a lot like Xena in some ways too. I know her, went out with her a couple of times. She is very much an ALPHA male in a female body. She also is a VERY powerful vocalist. Imagine Ann Wilson, similar sound except a tad more on the power scale. She once sang "Unchained Melody" for me, words cannot describe how wonderful that was.

3. She's cute.
And I'm not just saying that 'cause she could kick my ass either. ;-)
I had a college prof who was a female bodybuilder. One of the coolest people I know.

6. No, not in the least
Edited on Wed Dec-28-05 12:46 AM by Nevernose
I don't think it makes me a bad person, or even sexist, to say that I have notions of masculine and feminine. Some of that's certainly cultural (e.g., out culture now says that anorexics with boob jobs are the ideal in feminine beauty, and men must have enormus muscles and 0% body fat, and it's hard to completely ignore the world in which we live), but I think a large part of that's biological. No matter what the programming is, it's only as good as the hardware, and we are, essentially, highly evolved apes.

Besides, really big muscles are rather grotesque on either sex...

10. Well I like it.
but it's not the absolute defining factor. There's the stereotypical female image. I like women with big muscles. Hang on... I like men with big muscles too.

Maybe it's because I havent got any.

11. No, thanks.
Healthy and fit = attractive.

Beefy and huge = endangering my fragile manhood.

Color me old-fashioned.

15. Um...NO.
What I find attractive covers a range from slender and waifish to athletically toned to voluptuously curvy, but "muscular to the point of freakishness" is NOT a look I find appealing.

16. There's something oddly erotic about it
But that gets into areas of my sexuality I'd just as soon not explore because I might not like what it'd reveal about me. :scared:

However, "erotic" doesn't necessarily equal "attractive," and while I don't find this woman unattractive, I don't find her especially attractive, either — particularly the cleavage that could accomodate a '63 Pontiac. Other female bodybuilders who are obviously juiced up (or have more than their share of natural testosterone) and look more male than female turn me right off.

Solid is good. Thick is good. Defined is good. Huge isn't good.
