A man's life
Edited on Fri Jan-27-06 04:15 AM by SoCalDem
Stumbled upon a site that chronicles a man's life from 1931 to 2003 in pictures.. It's something I wish I had done when my kids were young.. I always planned to take a photo every year and put them in order..never did it..

I lost the link, but ther's a family in Brazil (Ithink it's Brazil) that has done this every year as a family.. It's something else to see their kids as babies, and now with their own kids in the same style photo.

enjoy..
click the link to see the rest...

2. this one, however
is in Iowa. Osceola is south of Des Moines. I had forgotten that until I saw Marshaltown, Iowa on one photo.
I told my brother he should do this with a cam-corder, about ten seconds each year, or more often for younger ages. That would be a cool little movie.

3. At the end of his life he probably only lived a few miles from me.
Lake perris is about 15 minutes from my house:)

He led a brilliant life:)

4. i've thought about a similar project
if i ever have children, i would start from the day i found out i was pregnant

i would take a picture a week through pregnancy

a picture a month through the first year

and a picture+ a year after that

6. He seems to have lived all over, and survived quite a bit.
the only part of this memoriam I could not figure out, was the last of mentioning any children. I know he had kids, but I never even found a mention of a birth or a name. i guess the kids wanted privacy. His wife is still alive and apparently is on the chamber of commerce at Loma Linda
