This is a duo that recorded songs using an Optigan, which was a crummy 70's organ that played samples of live music (recorded on celluloid discs that looked like LP records). It was sort of like a primitive sampler, or a bargain basement Mellotron. Anyway, it sounds really kitschy and surreal.

Anybody here familiar with the Optigan? Have you owned one? After hearing this, I would love to have one for myself.
