16. Bono and his wife have this bullshit new clothing line...

called "Edun" ("nude" spelled backward) where they take natural cottons grown by African and Peruvian farmers and sell the clothes for ridiculous sums of money at Saks Fifth Avenue in order to pay said farmers/workers living wages.

Now, a noble idea, but - cotton camisole for $75? Jeans for $180? It's just more rich-people-buy-it-to-feel-like-they're-philanthropists bullshit.

If they even halved their frigging prices, more people would buy the items, thereby also allowing the workers to receive good wages.

No one is ever going to make a dent in WalMart prices ($5 for the camisole and $20 for the jeans) if rich idiots don't make ecologically sound products AFFORDABLE. They don't have to be CHEAP, but shit, make them at least AFFORDABLE!
