Do not rub sore muscles with Tiger Balm, then rub your eyes, woohoo, etc.

The day after a soccer game once I had really sore groin muscles, so my dumbass put Icy Hot on it and put my pants on and got into my car....:spank:

needless to say after about 2 minutes I was screaming.:wow:

Not nice to the ole twig and berries if you know what Im sayin :o

10. I was in football pants
on a hot August afternoon in the mid Atlantic region. Temp 85 humidity 85. Not pleasant.

15. Been there and done that...
And cried for a good long time about it. Also be careful when using Tiger Balm to treat sinus headaches, for the same reason.
